Do I need PF and ESIC if I have fewer than 20 employees?
EPF generally becomes mandatory at 20 employees, while ESI applies from 10 (for wages up to ₹21,000) — and many companies register voluntarily earlier. We assess your exact headcount, wages and state in the free audit and tell you what actually applies, instead of guessing.
What compliance applies to my specific industry?
Beyond the baseline (PF, ESI, S&E, PT, wages, POSH, Labour Codes), each sector adds its own — IT/ITeS has night-shift and STPI/SEZ rules, retail has store-wise S&E and Standing Orders, e-commerce has gig-worker and warehouse obligations.
